2. Inspection: On the day that we receive your device, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.

3. Expert Repair & Return You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised in the product description. You’ll receive updates at each stage of the repair process and a tracking number along with a delivery time slot when dispatched.
