Communication & Transparency

We believe that clear communication is the most vital part of a premium repair service. We keep you informed at every stage of the journey so you are never left in the dark. You will receive email updates at these key milestones:

  • 1. Order Confirmation: Sent within minutes of your booking to confirm your repair slot.

  • 2. External Inspection: Sent by 3:30pm on the working day we receive your device, confirming it has arrived safely in our lab.

  • 3. Dispatch Notification: Sent by 4pm on the day your repair is completed.

Once your device is dispatched, Royal Mail will take over correspondence to provide your specific delivery time slot.
