All Garmin Quick Release devices boast a very simple quick release lease feature that allows you to remove and replace your strap yourself. Turn your Garmin over so that your watch is facing down and you will see a small metal on either side of the body of the watch that holds in place your strap – simply press down on the ‘lug’ and this will free up space for you to pull the strap away from the device.
