All Garmin Quick Fit devices boast a very simple ‘click and go’ feature that allows you to interchange your strap with ease. Turn your Garmin over so that your watch is facing down and you will see a small metal on either side of the body of the watch that holds in place your strap – simply press down on the ‘lug’ and this will free up space for you to pull the strap away from the device.
