At Fix Screens, we believe a repair should be a long-term solution, not a temporary fix. That is why we are changing how we support our customers.
From 16th February 2026, we are doubling the industry standard length of repair warranty and our current warranty to 6 months. We want you to have total peace of mind that when we return your device, it has been handled with the technical precision it deserves.
What is Covered?
Our 6-month warranty is designed to protect you against any issues arising directly from the repair process itself. This includes:
Bad Workmanship: Any issues resulting from the physical installation of the new components.
Screen Malfunctions: Defective touch response, dead pixels, or display flickering on the replaced screen.
Adhesive Failure: If the new screen begins to lift or detach from the housing during normal use.
What is Not Covered?
To remain transparent and fair, our warranty does not cover issues that fall outside of our control or result from accidental damage after the device has been returned to you:
Accidental Damage: Cracks, shatters, or deep scratches caused by drops, knocks, or pressure.
Software Issues: Problems related to the device's operating system or third-party apps.
Standard Wear and Tear: Degradation of straps, buttons, or batteries over time (unless the battery was part of your specific repair).
Important: Our Policy on Water Damage
The 6-month warranty does not in any way cover water or liquid damage. As is stated on our homepage, communicated pre and post repair, although we create a new waterproof barrier when we reseal the device we urge all our customers to treat their repaired device as water-resistant (splashes/rain only) rather than waterproof. This is the same for all repair services.
If you use your device whilst swimming then I'm afraid a repair or a refurbished device is not the best solution for you. Once your device receives any sort of physical damage or needs parts replacing, the original factory water seal is compromised.
Parts & Accessories (30-Day Returns)
For DIY components & accessories such as Straps, Cases & Screens we offer a 30-day return policy.
Unused Parts: If you change your mind, you can return any unused, uninstalled part in its original packaging for a full refund.
Ordered the Wrong Part: You accidentally selected the incorrect model or connector size for your specific device at checkout.
