1. Order & Post: Purchase your repair and receive a Pre-Paid Postage Label. Package your device and drop them at any local Post Office.

2. Inspection: On the day that we receive your device, we’ll complete an external inspection and email you to confirm that we’ve received the device & the repair service process is under way.

3. Expert Repair & Return You can then expect to receive your device back in the turnaround time that is advised in the product description. You’ll receive a tracking number & delivery time slot when dispatched.

My GoPro Is Waterproof, Why Does It Have Water Damage?

Electrical circuits don’t get on well with water, so it’s not that a GoPro is waterproof but rather is effectively water resistant. If there are water damaged components that need to be detached and reattached in order to replace a screen then we may not be able to complete your repair. If a repair is not possible then you will be refunded your repair fee.
