Next, use your pry tool to remove the screen. Start on one side and work your way around the device. With enough heat the screen will come off relatively easy – if you can't remove the screen, apply some additional heat and try again.

Once your screen is coming off, be careful not to use too much force because you'll need to gently remove the ribbons connecting the screen to the internal board. There's a small bit of tape over the connector which you'll need to first remove and keep for when you've attached your new screen.

Position your replacement screen the same way as your old screen and connect the ribbon into the connector & place the tape back over the connector.

The next step is to glue down your screen. Depending on the condition of the previous seal, you may have to clean up before applying your glue.

Glue round the entire circumference & make sure the screen is straight before applying pressure. Apply the glue generously and you can clean up any excess glue once you've allowed the glue to set. Tie an elastic band round the watch until its tight and you now will need to leave the glue to set over night.
